I’m passionate about helping individuals breakdown barriers that would prevent them from exploring the best in humanity. Civility, diversity, inclusion, respect, and fairness are concepts that make some people reluctant to discuss them. I grew up pretty sheltered in Compton, California. My environment was one that was not remarkably diverse which created limited exposure for me.
It was not until I joined the United States Army and met people from throughout the United States and around the world that I fully understood how rich and amazing our little planet was. The uniqueness and diversity of each culture really makes our world something to behold. I genuinely believe we are better together. I work hard to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and uplifting environment that makes exploring sensitive topics a positive journey for all. |
Our attendees leave our time together with knowledge and confidence to incorporate what they have learned and experienced in our sessions. Leaving with a deeper understanding of the concepts discussed. All programs, processes, and resources reflect my belief that we are all better together when we honor and value our own uniqueness, while at the same time valuing and respecting the differences of others.

Dr. Will Moreland grew up in Compton, California — where the distance between potential and opportunity is wide, and where you learn early that your character is either your greatest asset or your greatest liability. From a young age he chose character. That choice has defined everything since.
At 18 he enlisted in the United States Army, where he would serve for eight years including two combat deployments. At 21 he was promoted to Noncommissioned Officer — and heard the words that would shape his entire leadership philosophy: "In view of their demonstrated leadership potential." Not perfection. Not mastery. Potential. Someone trusted him with people before he was fully ready — and he made a decision that day to invest the rest of his life becoming worthy of that trust. That decision became The PACT. After his distinguished military career Dr. Will embarked on a mission that has spanned more than two decades — equipping organizations to develop leaders who perform and build cultures that last. As Founder and CEO of Moreland Training and Associates, LLC (MTA), he has built one of the most distinctive leadership development and culture-building firms in the country. The secret weapon?
