Dr. Will brings a unique background as a Global Leader and Civility, Diversity & Inclusion expert, a senior executive, a certified leadership coach, and a former Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army. He has worked in more than 50 countries on 5 continents and delivers more than 50 speeches a year. He continues to consult, coach, and present to leaders at all levels of an organization, in all business sectors, and across several industries.

Our research has shown that when people are able to engage with civility and find a common ground, they feel connected and are better able to move beyond their differences. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging then become natural by-products. The good news is that it all begins with a conversation.
